Great customer support. Had a hiccup with the courier on my first order, but they sorted it out fast and smoothly. Leonidas chocolates are top quality and truly a delight, making them an ideal special gift for someone.

I ordered some chocolates for a birthday gift, recalling this brand from my previous trips to Belgium. They were a tad pricey, but that wasn't the main problem. The delivery was prompt, yet the packaging left much to be desired. The parcel showed up all crushed and even had what looked like dried blood on it. Inside, the chocolate box was also a bit squished. The issue seemed to be that the box was too small and flimsy; there was just a bit of bubble wrap tossed in with some biodegradable chips. As someone who sells online myself, I can say this is far from acceptable. I reached out to the company to express my concerns, but after two days, I still haven't heard back. That's why I'm leaving this review with just one star. I won't be using this company again, and I'm really let down.

Although my package didn't arrive when it was supposed to for my gift and the day had already gone by, you processed a refund. I was surprised to find out that you also didn’t send the parcel back to the sender, so I ended up receiving the items later on. Thanks for bringing back my husband’s and my custom. These chocolates are top-notch, and the service is amazing as well. They're my number one pick!!! No doubt about it!! The only downside is that I often buy them as presents but end up munching on a bunch myself.

The only problem was with the courier. DHL? The guy showed up in a shabby white van. He just dropped the package in my garden without even waiting for me to open the door. He went ahead and signed for me on the delivery device.

The quality is top-notch and the delivery is quick, just like always. Sure, it ain't the cheapest option, but it's absolutely the best. It's worth shelling out a bit more for such high quality. A 1Kg box will keep us going for a couple of weeks, but we can't wait to grab our next box to get us through the Christmas season. Totally happy to recommend it.
